We work with our partners on two different models: The reseller model and the white label model. With both models, our partner takes care of the acquisition and consulting as well as the on-site support of the customer and is therefore the central contact for the customer. We supply an excellent product that is constantly being further developed and improved and ensure uninterrupted operation. At the same time, our competent support team is always available to answer our partners' questions.
The Cloud Phone System in Reseller Model
With the VoIP reseller model, the contract for the cloud telephone system exists between us and the customer. The VoIP Reseller's task is to advise, win and support the customer. With the sale of our product, our cloud telephone system resellers receive an attractive lifetime commission and participate in all sales with the customer. In addition, they gain access to new customers and can thus expand their customer base through our network.The VoIP Whitelabel Concept
As a second model, we offer the whitelabel concept, in which the contract for the cloud telephone system is concluded between the whitelabel reseller and the end customer. The customers receive access to the web interface of our cloud telephone system, which is branded with the corporate design including logo and colour scheme of the whitelabel partner. Whitelabel partners receive purchase prices from us and implement the conditions with the end customer according to their own ideas and wishes.
